Designed with doors and windows excavated in walls, the Yasin Olive Garden New Mansion LOFT showroom draws inspiration from the principles outlined in the Book of Tao and Teh by Lao Tzu. The space features a spatial concept similar to that of MUJI, a household product known for its simplicity and minimalism. A pure natural color system defines the display, emphasizing a shift in living attitude and a return to the simplicity of daily life.

The design of the showroom showcases the use of white water-based art paint for the walls and ground, complemented by oak flooring and white paint drying steel plates. The combination of these materials creates a warm and natural ambiance, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in the space.

Spanning 40 square meters, the Yasin Olive Garden New Mansion LOFT showroom is divided into two bedrooms, two halls, and one toilet. The layout is simplified and pure, allowing for inclusivity and functionality. The staircase is cleverly utilized, with wardrobes, washing cabinets, and a refrigerator placed underneath. The light stair steps, combined with video and audio cabinets, dining tables, and chairs, create a seamless integration of structure and vision. The open space above the dining table ensures ample sunlight, providing an independent and tranquil atmosphere.

On the second floor, a white bookshelf containing a home theater system widens the spatial vision. The construction of the ground in inter-layers creates a 400mm gap with the window, avoiding any obstruction and allowing for natural light to flow in. The bedrooms, located in the inner area, offer a serene and spacious environment, with glass partitions ensuring an abundance of natural sunlight.

The Yasin Olive Garden New Mansion LOFT showroom embodies the principles of simplicity and purity, offering a unique and refreshing perspective on modern living. It is a testament to the designers' ability to create a space that not only showcases their creative vision but also provides practicality and convenience for daily life.

This project, which started in June 2016 in Zhengzhou, was completed in September 2016 and exhibited in the same city. It serves as an invitation to potential homebuyers interested in the Yasin Olive Garden New Mansion LOFT to visit the showroom during working hours.

The Yasin Olive Garden New Mansion LOFT showroom was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2017 in the category of Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design.
